Fermor Properties is the brainchild of Director, Louise Robinson. Louise’s love of property refurbishment led to her establishing a highly successful rental portfolio, and her unique approach in turn created demand from other landlords whom she has helped maximise the value of their own buy-to-let properties.
From the outset, Louise’s focus was on maximising both the returns and the demand for her properties, and this meant placing quality and cost-effectiveness at the top of her list of deliverables.
“People say to me – “It’s only a rental property, why are you doing so much?” But I love realising a property’s full potential – and by doing it both well AND cost-effectively, I can maximise returns and create high demand.”
As Louise’s reputation grew, so did her appetite for tackling larger projects. This ultimately led to the birth of Fermor Developments which was established to take advantage of the significant number of redundant brownfield sites across the North West that are ripe for redevelopment.
The Vision
Fermor Developments looks to play its part in addressing the country’s acute housing shortage while taking advantage of the latest permitted development rights afforded by the government to repurpose existing unused buildings.
This aligns with Fermor’s ethos of maximising the potential of unloved properties to create great returns for its investors and beautiful spaces for people to live in.
